STRESS!

I am once again very thrilled and blessed to say that another piece of mine has appeared on NEDIC. Please take a look at it - http://www.nedic.ca/blog/.

Basically, life has been STRESSFUL! I have had so many things to do and I have not really had the 'peace of mind' that I wish I can have. It has been so crazy, dramatic, and eventful. School, family, health, recovery, friends, events - everything! I am so blessed to have this blog to write about it, NEDIC to share my experiences with others, readers who always support me, a family who loves me, and a God who watches over me.

  14. Your blog is the first motivation to wake me up from denial and complacencecy with ED.
    I had been denying having any problem ,occasionally I was admitting I have very mild ED .
    Your blog get me to inpatient programm and having read your experience first making me determind to continue my IP programm till complete recovery as you ,without relapse for life

  32. My reaction to stress is if I can not avoid it ,at least I try not to make worse or affect me negatively.
    As you said I will breathe easy and slowly but deep breath from nose and exhale slowly from mouth,I will try to relax my muscles, etc
    I also find speaking to my pastor who is very positive helping a lot.
    I love your blog and I always admire your hard work and detrmination.
    Your success in taking responsibility for your own recovery will not pass unnoticed
